About Stephanie
Throughout my career, I've worked in a variety of mental health settings, including emergency departments, inpatient psychiatric care, dual-diagnosis residential treatment programs, and private practice. These experiences have provided the opportunity to support individuals facing acute crises, complex mental health concerns, and the challenges that come with navigating everyday life.
Since 2023, I have been providing individual therapy in private practice, working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, and burnout.
My work with first responders, military members, and their families began while working at Valor, an inpatient treatment program specifically designed to serve military personnel and first responders. That experience deepened my understanding of the unique stressors, occupational demands, and challenges these populations often face and continues to shape my work today.
My approach is relational, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space where clients feel understood, supported, and able to show up authentically.
I strive to balance compassion with thoughtful challenge, helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting change.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, exploring new places through travel, and getting lost in a good book.

We’ll spend time discussing what brings you to therapy, any relevant background, and what you’re hoping to gain from our work together. I’ll ask questions to help guide the conversation, while making space for anything you feel is important to share.
