Individual Therapy

Therapy is a space to be honest about what's working, what isn't, and what you need moving forward. Whether you're navigating a difficult life transition, processing past experiences, managing anxiety, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life, you don't have to figure it out alone.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs, goals, and experiences.

Areas of Focus

First Responder Therapy

The demands of first responder work often extend far beyond a single call or shift. Whether you're processing difficult experiences, managing cumulative stress, navigating burnout, or feeling the impact that the job can have on relationships, sleep, or life outside of work, therapy provides a space to slow down, gain perspective, and focus on your own well-being.

Common Areas Addressed

Annual First Responder Wellness Assessments

Missouri Revised Statute 590.192 allows eligible first responders to receive an annual confidential wellness assessment with a licensed mental health professional.

These assessments are designed to support emotional well-being, reduce barriers to care, and encourage proactive mental health support.

Consultation for Therapist

As a therapist and private practice owner, I understand the challenges that can come with both the clinical and business sides of the work. Whether you're exploring private practice, navigating credentialing, seeking support with a clinical case, or simply looking for a place to ask questions and gain perspective, I welcome opportunities to connect with fellow clinicians.
